AdvertGhana Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms under which individuals and businesses (“Seller”, “you”, or “your”) may list and sell products on AdvertGhana.com (“AdvertGhana”, “we”, “our”, or “the Platform”). By registering as a Seller and listing products, you agree to comply with this Agreement, our Terms and Services, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.

1. Seller Eligibility

To become a Seller on AdvertGhana.com, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate business and personal information during registration.
  • Have legal ownership or authorization to sell the products you list.
  • Comply with all applicable Ghanaian laws and regulations.

2. Product Listings

  • All products listed must be Made-in-Ghana products (unless otherwise approved by AdvertGhana).
  • Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, clear images, correct pricing, and honest product details.
  • Misleading, counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
  • AdvertGhana reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Sellers set their own prices but must ensure they are fair and transparent.
  • Payments from buyers will be processed through AdvertGhana’s approved payment systems (e.g., Mobile Money, bank transfer).
  • AdvertGhana may deduct service fees, commissions, or advertising charges from sales as agreed.
  • Payouts to Sellers will be made within [insert time frame, e.g., 5–10 business days] after successful order completion.

4. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

  • Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping products in a timely manner.
  • If using AdvertGhana’s partnered logistics services, sellers must comply with delivery guidelines.
  • Failure to deliver products as described or on time may result in penalties, refunds, or account suspension.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Sellers must honor AdvertGhana’s Refund and Returns Policy.
  • If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the seller is responsible for accepting the return and covering associated costs.
  • Sellers must cooperate with AdvertGhana’s dispute resolution process in case of buyer complaints.

6. Seller Responsibilities

As a Seller on AdvertGhana.com, you agree to:

  • Conduct business honestly and fairly.
  • Provide customer support to buyers when necessary.
  • Keep your inventory up to date.
  • Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and order notifications.
  • Refrain from fraudulent, abusive, or illegal practices.

7. Advertising and Promotions

  • Sellers may purchase premium services such as featured listings, banner ads, or promotions.
  • AdvertGhana reserves the right to run platform-wide promotions that may include discounts, campaigns, or featured product showcases.

8. Commissions and Fees

  • AdvertGhana may charge commissions or service fees on sales made through the platform.
  • Any applicable fees will be communicated clearly before implementation.
  • Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of seller privileges.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

AdvertGhana reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a Seller account if:

  • Products are counterfeit, illegal, or violate platform policies.
  • There are repeated customer complaints or disputes.
  • The Seller engages in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
  • Fees owed to AdvertGhana remain unpaid.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • AdvertGhana is a facilitator and not the manufacturer or owner of products sold by Sellers.
  • Sellers are fully responsible for the quality, legality, and safety of their products.
  • AdvertGhana shall not be held liable for disputes, damages, or losses resulting from a Seller’s activities.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
